As an Inside Sales Representative, you will report to the Senior Director of Marketing, and be responsible for calling on property managers to qualify them as sales leads for the sales team that operate in markets nationally.  In this position, you will work close with our sales team to ensure accurate and effective quality of sales leads.  If you have a positive attitude, are a sales minded individual, and interested in joining a fast-paced, dynamic organization, this just might be a great opportunity for you.

Hourly Rate: 19-20/hr

Monthly Commission Potential

Essential duties include:

  • Make outgoing calls to clients and prospects to schedule high quality leads for sales
  • Initiate outbound phone calls to property managers following our email blasts and mail drops
  • Assist in tracking marketing campaigns/apartment home capture
  • Provide prospective clients with product and service information
  • Identifying client and prospect needs, clarifying information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • Manage your sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce to ensure accurate recording of prospecting activity
  • Send follow up emails to property managers interested in learning more about our services
  • Meet realistic weekly and monthly department expectations
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external constituents
  • Enter leads into Salesforce and work with sales team to open leads, provide follow-up within 24 business hours and record all activity within the Salesforce platform
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Senior Director of Marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You are a good fit if you have the following experience, education, and skills:

  • HS Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience with proven track record of identifying prospects and tracking leads
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong, persuasive telephone personality
  • Self-confidence to contact property managers
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Salesforce knowledge experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
