|Working Title||Director of Ticket Sales & Operations|
Managescomputerized ticket sales and operations of the Athletics ticket office,on-site event ticket offices, and/or occasional event ticket offices. Providesoverall fiscal management of ticketing operations and ticketed-event planningsupport for users of the University Arena, and/or other University venues.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Help to manage game day events
· Manage one to two specific sports
· Be supervisor to 5-7 students (both daily in office and at sporting events)
· Help to balance daily deposit: monies taken in throughout the day, balance vault
· Help to coordinate new outbound sales team
· Assist with consignment needs of visiting schools
· Assist with revenue generating ideas and implementation
· Assist with return checks and credit card chargebacks
· Monitor on/off sale for in office and online
· Basic to proficient level knowledge of ticketing system: sale tickets, build events.
|Conditions of Employment|
Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Operating knowledge of Paciolan Ticketing System. Direct salesexperience a plus.
