Senior Sales Service Delivery Manager
General Summary:
Drive sales, manage day-to-day program operations and develop a positive relationship with key client contacts.  Manage and grow Sales teams and staff through coaching, motivating and assisting with an emphasis on the Sales Management skill set. Responsible for working with all facets of the respective business including sales, marketing, operations, finance and analytics. Maintains a direct line of communication with the Director of Program Sales, (or Executive Director of Program Delivery) and his or her management peers to maintain a consistent work effort across all program sales teams.  Maintains a relationship with the partner and assist in the overall program management. The primary purpose of the job is to grow sales and the overall value and longevity of the client relationship and drive profitable sales for both TTEC and its partner(s).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and update project plans using prescribed project management tools. Providing clear communications of plans and execution to clients and TTEC executives. 
  • Responsible for working with all internal departmental personnel in coordination with program goals and objectives.
  • Experience with direct partnerships and understanding with Marketing and Analytic teams
  • Coach, mentor, document, and provide development opportunities for managers. Provide frequent feedback regarding performance and progress on established sales, production efficiencies. etc.
  • Create a positive work environment that motivates and inspires heightened levels of performance between the team members
  • Oversee forecasting, incentive planning and budgeting
  • Collaborate closely with client and their respective teams in their organization to ensure proficiencies are created that drive the member experience, brand loyalty and ultimately, company success.
  • Organize, participate in and lead program related conference calls, meetings and email conversations,
  • Responsible for setting, measuring, and implementing monthly and quarterly goals to meet requirement set by Client and/or TTEC per team and program. This position is responsible for the overall communication of the program's sale's successes, failures and issues to the program manager, superior and partner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10 or more years of sales (telesales preferred) and order management experience desired.
  • Must have at least 5 yrs. of Technology experience required. 
  • Five (5) or more years of sales leadership and order management experience required.
  • Familiarity with distribution operations, sales operations, marketing, business analysis and financial profit and loss experience strongly desired.
  • Type a minimum of 30 words per min.
Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Advanced knowledge of MS OFFICE INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and ACCESS required.
  • Solid customer issue resolution ability and strong quantitative analysis skills are desired.
