Trust Point Inc. of Eau Claire, WI. is looking to hire a full-time Regional Account Executive to help deepen relationships with centers of influence and identify new clients in need of our customized wealth and investment management solutions.

The Regional Account Executive position provides a base salary with an uncapped commission structure. We also offer a complete line of benefits including pet insurance and identity protection coverage. In addition, we also offer a very generous 401k and profit sharing plan.

As a Regional Account Executive, you arrive each day ready to establish, maintain and improve the relationships between our company, our clients and our centers of influence. In developing an in-depth understanding of the services we provide, you become an advocate for the needs of clients and prospects.

Relationship building includes analyzing and providing the necessary services that are the right fit for our clients. You take the necessary steps to become knowledgeable of all that we have to offer our clients. You eagerly participate in continuing education through internal and external training in order to stay current in all things related to investments, trust and estate planning and retirement planning.

As a Regional Account Executive you find yourself front and center as you prepare presentations and proposals to current and future clients. You also embody our culture of giving back to the community by actively participating in activities to enhance your image and the position of the company.

You will come to work each and every day knowing that you have a team to help support you in your successes. And you will leave work each day knowing that you have provided unbiased, non-proprietary, fee-based solutions to our clients.


  • 5+ Years Financial Services Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or other Business Domain
  • A proven track record in sales and new business development
  • A high touch, client focused approach
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, integrity, and goal-orientated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  •  Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment alongside highly credentialed staff.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), required.
  • CFP, CPA, CTFA, of JD desired
