As a Business Development & Lead Qualifying Representative with us, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. We're looking for someone with a strong grasp of a consultative business development process or someone willing to learn it from the ground up. We need someone who can qualify and close leads quickly while also taking an empathetic approach to helping clients in need.
Responsibilities of the Business Development & Lead Qualifying Representative:
- Work off a list of warm leads to qualify customer business development opportunities by performing financial assessments for clients looking for debt relief.
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their debt and offer debt relief solutions to suit their specific needs.
- Consult with prospects on debt relief options to help pay off their consumer debt.
- Convert warm leads to closed leads by consulting with prospective clients, working to provide solutions and options with the goal of enrolling qualified clients in our program.
- Finalize business development paperwork and new client contracts.
