Account and Leads Manager

We are an international company that manufactures eco-friendly, high-end louvered roof systems in a young and vibrant atmosphere and we're looking for an Account/Leads Manager.
Be a part of our growing team, supporting our diverse customer base all over the country. In addition to supporting our current clients, you'll be tasked with growing our book of business.
We are looking for a customer-centric individual who's excited to be a part of a growing company.
Here are some duties the role will execute:
- Leads Program Manager; the goal is to generate sales from leads coming into the website. replying to inquiry emails, creating leads database, assigning leads to dealers, following up etc.
- Accounts Manager: technical support and assistance to existing accounts with orders, installation, and quotes. No need for previous knowledge of our product.
- Customer relations /service including answering phone calls and emails, making estimates, invoices, scheduling shipments.
- Assistance to CEO
- Assisting with different projects
- General office work: assisting with mail, filing and bills and any other task as requested per company needs
Skill / Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Must be organized and efficient with lead follow-ups
- Ability to work in a team (will need to liaise with Sales Reps, office, and Production Manager)
- You'll need to travel out of the state for at two-week intervals between 4 to 5 times a year
- Must have good computer skills and proficiencies in Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick Books
