Description

A growing Gilbert company is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. The essential functions of this job entail acting as the company liaison between the business and potential investors. You will speak with investors that are interested in investing in the company and provide needed information to them. You will also be tasked with tracking communications with prospective investors and mailing out documentation to them.

Your additional responsibilities in this role include:

- Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks

- Writing communications and proofreading materials

- Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required

- Working on and at trade shows and conventions

- Coordinating orders to ensure process completion

Requirements

-Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience or sales support experience in an office environment

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

- Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors

- Ability to multitask effectively
