We are looking for a talented Leasing Consultant with strong personal attributes to help us showcase an apartment community located in Phoenix. We offer competitive pay, bonuses and benefits, a professional working environment and great growth potential.
The Leasing Consultant is the main point of contact with prospective residents. Their goal is to assist the Community Manager in the marketing of the High Street apartment community. In addition, the Leasing Consultant is also responsible for effectively engaging and interacting with each visitor and resident, successfully showcasing the benefits of the community, effectively closing each rental agreement and problem solving any issues with current residents.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional and customer service oriented! Effective sales and multi-tasking skills are also required in this challenging roll. Exceptional customer service skills will be necessary for completing daily general duties. Past apartment leasing or property management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate must be available on weekends.
Skill / Requirements
- Previous experience in apartment leasing or property management preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor is necessary
- Effective sales and closing skills are essential
- Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- General office and computer skills necessary
- Must work weekends
