MaidPro Abington is hiring an Office Manager for a busy, growing business. This is a 20- to 30-hours-per-week position to start with the ability to reach to full time with benefits and salary (instead of hourly) based on current growth. This is an ideal job for someone with strong organizational skills, experience with scheduling, superb customer service, and attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist owner with operations, which may include preparing work binders, managing previous day’s binders, and office inventory control
  • Perform in-field quality assurance spot checks
  • Make daily reminder calls
  • Make quality control follow-up calls when necessary
  • Coordinate employee scheduling
  • Train and re-train all employees as necessary
