Customer Service Support Associate – (Business Development – Call Center)

Full-time 40 hour week - Monday through Friday


Kearny Mesa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a qualified Customer Service Support Associate to join their Business Development Call Center. Potential applicants will be responsible for inbound inquiries from our client, and make appointment for vehicle services.


  • One year experience as a customer service representative in a fast past environment, or related field
  • Multi-tasking/Problem Solving
  • Organizational skills and time management  a must
  • Ability to handle a high volume amount of inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries in an efficient manner
  • Respond to Internet inquiries from our clients via email
  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify service needs
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer   and phone skills
  • Team Player
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Other duties to be determined by manager
