We are Hiring and looking for dynamic, highly motivated Call center Customer Service Representatives in the Miami area who is able to connect with potential clients and customers and assists with any issues or inquiries of services needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multitask and able to work independently.

Description

The Customer Service Representative provides superior customer service by addressing incoming inquiries. The Customer Service Representative performs a varied activity addressing issues and customer inquiries.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities

:

  • Answering calls from clients and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Making recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, practicing strict confidentiality for all sensitive client information.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to adapt to change quickly and be empathetic.
  • Must be passionate about helping and assisting with all customer inquiries, services and issues.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred.
  • The ability and willingness to work a regular 8-hour shift Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work weekends and/or overtime based on business needs.
