A successful candidate will be able to discuss in detail their experience in the following areas: 

Summary of Duties: During the three month training period the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) trainee will successfully complete all necessary MLO sales training courses along with job shadowing of critical operations areas, to include loan processing and marketing. The MLO trainee will also be expected to pass the NMLS licensing requirements during this training period. Until this position becomes NMLS licensed, activities must comply with rules regarding non-solicitation, sales and marketing activities for non-licensed individuals. Strict compliance is required. See list of restricted activities attached as Exhibit A.    

Essential Duties :

Complete ISRL systems training, to include but not limited to LQB, DocMagic, ADP, and Intranet.

Complete Xinnix introductory module in mortgage lending.

Complete NMLS training and obtain NMLS license.

Make calls to assigned leads to meet daily and weekly quotas.

Gain familiarity with loan processing operations.

Gain familiarity with marketing operations.

Complete RESPA, AML, and other mortgage-industry required training.

Complete Code of Conduct, Preventing Harassment, and Preventing Discrimination training courses.

Present a professional image and demeanor both within the company and externally

Maintain necessary knowledge to successfully perform job responsibilities

Conduct business in accordance with iServe’s/NAD’s core values of honesty; integrity, and transparency

Act as a role model/leader in achieving organizational results.

Seek innovative alternatives to performing assigned duties.

Ability to work effectively, independently, as well as with team members to achieve department growth.

Facilitate an effective and respectful work environment.

Strive to exceed internal and external customers’ expectations.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills:

College degree preferred 

Excellent written and verbal communication

Organizational skills and ability to multi-task 

Sales ability and drive 

Basic presentation and selling skills
