IBM Technical Support Services’ (TSS) mission is to become the largest and most successful provider of technical support services in the world. The Client Innovation Center in Sofia, Bulgaria is building a trans-disciplinary team of network support specialists tasked with supporting our clients in any country worldwide.

   Responsibilities of the role:

SPOC Technical specialist for Lenovo Premier Service Support. The single point of contact specialist in the support center is responsible to handle with high priority the client communication via phone or email, entitles the customer for a special service, performs the problem determination, reporting, data analyzing and constant communication with the customer

As a Technical specialist you will be expected to perform the following tasks:
  • Call logging
  • Remote problem determination
  • Technical expertise
  • Parts ordering
