Patient Service Representative
at Hillcrest Medical Center
This position consists of customer service, insurance verification, registration, payment collection, and data entry. This person is responsible for meeting and greeting the patient and visitors, ascertaining their needs in a timely and courteous manner. The person in this position is required to answer the phone in a prompt and courteous manner. This position will collect and verifiy the accuracy of patient information and will enter data into the registration system.
Must have excellent communication skills with the guests and visitors, as well as with his/her team within the clinic. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in customer service and data entry, as well as clinic experience, are highly preferred.
