Dual Sales Manager

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Dual Properties Sales Manager.
What will you be doing most days?
-Assist in developing and implementation of the Business Plan for each hotels' revenue objectives, including development of Market Share Analysis tool (MSA) and Market Segment Planner (MSP)
-Meets or exceeds set goals in room revenues, catering revenues, and market share
-Monitor production of all top accounts and evaluates trends within the market and ensures that the sales team is held accountable for those accounts within their respective territories/market segment
-Coordinates all corporate negotiated sales and catering solicitations to maximize overall profits
-Assists in the preparation of required reports in a timely manner
-Conducts weekly sales meetings according to OTO Development standards
- Is familiar with all OTO Development Sales policies and selling techniques with an emphasis on maximizing RevPAR, Catering and/or Other revenues
-Motivate, coaches, counsels and disciplines all Sales and Catering department personnel (as applicable) according to OTO Development Standards
-Develops strategies to increase share from competitors when the hotels' revenue penetration goals are not being met
-Uses sales management system to manage the hotels' business, including (but not limited to) generating reports, entering business, blocking space and building accounts
-Maintains regular attendance in compliance with OTO Development standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotels.
