About the team

FIS Wall Street Concepts (“WSC”) is the market leader in providing Tax Processing Services to the financial services industry.  The WSC Compliance Plus solution provides a comprehensive, enterprise-wide tax reporting service to convert the year-end tax reporting burden into a year-round process.

WSC provides the tools necessary to enable its clients to maintain control, increase efficiency and achieve greater tax compliance accuracy. Firms can reduce risk and ensure compliance with tax information reporting regulations covering Forms 1099, FATCA and state and retirement tax information returns by relying on the Compliance Plus solution.

What you will be doing

The Wall Street Concepts Senior Sales Executive position will be assigned a territory of small to mid-size banks and trust companies and will be responsible for uncovering new business sales opportunities within our existing client base and new logo accounts.  The Sales Executive is a true “hunter” and must be experienced in breaking into new accounts via existing contacts, cold call, etc. in order to facilitate the eventual closure of business with new prospects.

Key activities for this position include but are not limited to :

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Coordinate Discovery Calls, Prep Calls, Dry Runs and Power Point Presentations
  • Present business solutions at the executive level, calling on Chief Operating officers
  • Create price proposals and lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure
  • Manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting via Salesforce.com
  • Build key senior management level relationships throughout assigned territory
  • Regional travel within the territory
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas

What you bring:

Key attributes the ideal candidate will possess

  • A minimum of two (3) years consultative sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

  • Specific experience in the sales of enterprise software solutions to financial Institutions

  • Working knowledge of Tax Processing

  • Successful track record of exceeding quota

  • Well-honed presentation skills

    • Ability to travel to presenting / visit / entertain clients and prospects

    • Self-directed team player

    • Expertise in new business development

    • 4 – 6 bullet points
