Customer Care Representative I (Part-time)

PT/FT/Temporary :Part Time

Under the direction of the Customer Care Center Manager, the Customer Care Representative answers incoming calls in response to general customer inquiries, resolution of certain account questions, and informs customers of related products/services to meet their banking needs while projecting a professional company image through phone interaction with new and existing customers.

A Day In the Life:

Job Duties;

  • Answers in-bound calls responding to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Approving TMS transactions.
  • Answers Credit Card customer's questions, investigates, and corrects errors.
  • Process Credit Card payments over the phone either through TMS or ACH.
  • Performs FINCEN and other required searches.
  • Answering questions internal & external customers have on Debit Cards.
  • Adapting, as needed, to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and the communities where we do business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: Minimum High school diploma or equivalency; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
