As a key member of Front Store strategy team, the Senior Director of CarePass will lead the evolution of the CarePass program to grow and evolve the program. The goal of CarePass is to bring together the best of CVS Retail assets and deepen customer engagement. CNBC said: "CarePass is a bold attempt to fight Amazon - and may even put the retailer ahead." In the first 5 months since CarePass launched nationally it has grown to 1.9 M members.
The Senior Director will lead a team of high performing individuals, who together, will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple cross-functional teams that work together. You will be accountable for evolving all elements of the program, forecasting and economics, innovating the offering, and delivering the highest levels of customer experience. A large portion of this role will be strategy and customer experience, however a successful candidate will have a diverse background and enthusiasm for a role requires true general management. This role also requires significant executive presence and strong relationship and presentation skills, as this individual will often be tasked with facilitating senior executive discussion to secure alignment. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Front Store Strategy and Business Development with exposure to and engagement with wide range of the CVS leadership team such as Digital, Marketing, Merchandizing, Store Operations and Pharmacy Operations.
* Collaborate with the teams from across the organization to evolve and execute this enterprise program
* Define the overall organizational structure and hire the key talent required to scale
* Lead evolution of this offering
* Champion the customer experience and open up the boundaries to ensure that we deliver against all elements (from new offerings to billing and call center)
This role is based in our Corporate Office in Woonsocket, RI.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for some combination of Management consulting including: growth, technology, program management
- Retail experience including: growth, program management, loyalty
- Leadership experience in membership / loyalty beyond retail
Strong cross functional collaboration/leadership skills with demonstrable experience working on high touch cross functional programs in a matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization (e.g., day to day meetings with core teams up through leadership presentations to multiple different functions)
* Demonstrated presentation skills
* Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams and sub-teams in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving working environment
* Proven project management skills with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a unified deliverable and executive narrative
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, structured thinking and execution, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity
Additionally:
* Be modest in nature, recognizing the accomplishments of the team before the individual
* Be highly motivated and possess vision and enthusiasm
* Understand how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines "no matter what"
* Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
* Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
* Comfortable on his/her feet making presentations

Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Economics or related field is required
* MBA preferred
