Return Ready is a CVS Health product being sold directly to companies, organizations and schools that offers COVID-19 testing options, vaccination programs, clinical consultation and more.

The Sales Director position will be responsible for builds strategic partnerships with assigned producers and customers to achieve profitable growth and cross-sell objectives for assigned business or customer segments, products and assigned geographies. Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key constituents to maximize sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth.

Fundamental Components

Achieves sales and profitability targets.
Manages and builds strategic partnerships with assigned producers to create focused sales strategies. Maximizes sales by articulating how Aetna’s capabilities can contribute to constituents’ long-term strategies.
Develops, executes and communicates a comprehensive strategy that is aligned with prospect’s objectives, financial position and employee benefits strategy while providing profitable revenue and growth to Aetna and supporting segment business objectives.
Delivers organized polished presentations of solutions with benefits tied to constituents needs.
Partners with account management to create a renewal strategy that identifies profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
Takes leadership role in setting strategy and collaborating with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospects.

Creates open enrollment strategy with producer and plan sponsor to maximize enrollment.
Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna’s strength accordingly.

Background Experience
10+ years of sales experience in the managed care field.
Provide clinical sales support for our CH&S business.
Cultivates strong, productive and influential relationships with brokers/consultants, customers, and peers focusing on the larger or more complex accounts/prospects.
Implements strategies necessary to attain sales objectives in assigned area
Manages complex negotiations. Positions products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue.
Work alongside the CH&S - Aetna Sales team to support the sales of CH&S clinical products for larger existing and prospective Aetna clients
Partner with our existing clinical resources to support sales and sales strategy
Participate in Sales presentation meetings providing the value proposition story behind the partnerships
Develop, implement, support, and promote Health Services sales strategies, tactics, policies, and programs to establish a competitive business advantage for CH&S
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
Due to Covid the travel requirements are suspended, but will be reinstated when able to travel for business.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
