Job Description
Work as part of the Retail Customer Care Call Center on our pharmacy concierge program. The Pharmacy Care Team is a collaborative group of Technician Agents and Pharmacists that deliver high levels of customer service to our patients. Agents are responsible for assisting patients with their pharmacy needs, as well as presenting and enrolling patients in various pharmacy services with a goal of improving their levels of care. Interact with CVS Pharmacy staff and other care providers to streamline the overall prescription experience for patients.

Work Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Required Qualifications
* Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island via application form and fee (Formal training not required.)
* Ability to secure Pharmacy Technician National Certification within 6 months of on-site training course completion
* Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate pharmacy program details to patients over the telephone
* Proficient in Windows-based applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years call center experience with a focus on service delivery excellence
* Practical application of knowledge of pharmacy processes and procedures
* Bilingual-Spanish
* Ability to utilize active listening techniques and demonstrate empathetic behavior when speaking with patients
* Ability to problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
