CVS Health has an opportunity to join our pharmacy experts in Specialty Pharmacy in Redlands, CA. The Client Service Representative-Specialty Mail will handle refilling orders for patients. They will maintain the client base, schedule medication shipments and perform various other duties. The Client Service Representative-Specialty Mail also must exhibit reliability, professionalism, customer focus, problem solving skills and team orientation to ensure success in this position.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience/ pharmacy technician experience

Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
Ability to accurately maintain a client database
High levels of reliability and customer focus
Strong customer service and phone skills
Strong ability to multi task and learn different platforms in which you work

Education
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Medical Assistant is preferred or infusion supply knowledge
