Job Description
* As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day client support activities. This will include managing the resolution status of routine to complex requests, analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes and assisting with driving practical and creative solutions.
* Required to demonstrate a high level of quality in client service through the execution of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability and professionalism on every interaction in a fast-paced account management environment.
* Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills, with ability to identify and support issues and facilitate to completion.
* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication including, leading calls and client meetings.
* Attend 5 weeks of formal classroom and informal on the job training, and successfully pass the final exam with no less than 85% accuracy.

Required Qualifications
* Managing the resolution status of routine to complex request
* Analyzing complex problems
* Identifying root causes and assisting with driving practical and create solutions
* Supporting all client day to day activities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Creates and leads all operational logs and calls, including follow up and resolution plan for each item identified.
* Accountable for timelines and productivity between internal and external stakeholders. Serve as operation point of contact for client.
* Working as liaison managing productivity and production due dates. Monitoring all stages of issues and request that are received from client. Organizing and confirming timelines and prompt execution are in place.
* Responsible for escalating issues within the organization as appropriate. Ensuring all client issues are being entered and tracked in SFDC, monitoring them throughout their lifecycle.
* Building relationship with key client stakeholders as well as internal partners.
* Facilitates work with internal partners to ensure operational requests are met.
* Holds internal business units accountable and advocates for the client.
* Delivers excellent service to the client and ensure AM specific performance guarantees are met.
* Have ability to identify issues and work thru for operational efficiency.
* Provide research, project management and PBM knowledge support to clients and their specific request.
* Coaching, supporting and consulting our clients.
