Inside Sales Representative

Anago of Houston, a nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company, has an immediate opening for a qualified Inside Sales Representative.

Hours are negotiable. Full-time and part-time available, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to set appointments for outside reps
• Tracking daily phone calls
• Follow up and answering return calls/emails
• Other related duties as assigned

Skills/ Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:

• Prior experience in making out-bound sales calls is highly preferred, but not required.
• Business to business experience is preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
• Able to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
• Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Compensation:

• Pay rate: starting at $13/hour plus a great commission package (including SPIFs!)
• Complete paid training
• 401(k) with company match after 6 months of employment
• Central office location within Beltway 8
