Senior Manager, Sales Engineering and Integrated Solutions
The Senior Manager, Sales Engineering and Integrated Solutions will serve as the primary point-of-contact for current and prospective integrators to clearly and collaboratively represent Nuvei products and solutions capabilities with internal and external stakeholders to effectively solution an integration as well as provide voice-of-the-customer feedback to the Nuvei Product organization informing enhancements and future product road mapping activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to demonstrate Nuvei products and services to customers remotely or on-site.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders connecting and building high-quality integrated solutions with Nuvei products and solutions.
- Participate in architectural and design discussions with strategic partners to ensure technical success with Nuvei solutions.
- Create and manage processes ensuring integrated partner success and supportability.
- Support and represent Nuvei’s overall partner experience vision and objectives.
- Working with stakeholders and team members to scope, size and clearly articulate ISV sales opportunities into implementation project concepts and clear project objectives.
- Evaluate and vet the viability of Nuvei’s ISV product solution offering against sales opportunities to meet project timeline and quality expectations.
- Develop strong partnerships with industry vendors and partners in championing the adoption of Nuvei payment technologies as a means of supporting key business opportunities.
- Actively monitor, provide operational support and ensure commitments to meet prescribed developer support SLA's.
- Actively participate in the development and review of business and systems requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to align to business goals and corporate objectives.
- Adhere to development standards, policies, best practices and procedures to enhance service excellence.
