Primary focus is to administer and coordinate the new home purchase process and close of escrow with the ultimate goal of creating “tickled, delighted and happy” customers.


  • Coordinate all sales related activities necessary to achieve a successful and satisfactory purchase, escrow and closing of the LFB customers
  • Responsible for organization and upkeep of professional atmosphere within our Welcome Home Center which includes sales office and models
  • Assist New Home Consultant in marketing homes for sale including creation and distribution of pricing materials, brochure collation and other tasks as assigned
  • Greet and attend to Welcome Home Center guests
  • Assist New Home Consultant with competition, shopping, and reporting
  • Assist New Home Consultant in coordinating all paperwork prior to and following the Purchase Agreement
  • Management of customer information
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • One (1) year minimum experience in similar position or related areas of the real estate industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have a valid California Department of Real Estate Sales License
  • Excellent human relation skills and great attitude
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Computer for Tracts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good grammar/spelling
  • Valid motor vehicle license
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Follow directions from a supervisor
  • Interact well with co-workers
  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

Requires the ability to work eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, outside elements, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read Plans, climb stairs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
