SUMMARY

Join the exciting BlueTeam! We are presently seeking a dynamic, metrics driven and customer centric Account Manager for our Sales division. The Account Manager will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. The Account Manager will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, the Account Manager will be responsible for growing our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. The Account Manager must be able to sell the brand utilizing accepted company practices and marketing material. You will be required to attend client meetings and trade shows as appropriate.

The Company provides commercial interior renovations, exterior reconstruction, roofing and disaster recovery services for commercial portfolios. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Attend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as needed
  • Set up and take down Marketing displays as needed
  • Provide quantitative data to support results of Marketing events to management
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of company services, industry trends, and competitive information.
  • Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales.
  • Work as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire organization.
  • Present and sell services to current and potential clients as directed by Sales and Marketing Account Manager
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify and network with new sales prospects
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise Sales and Marketing Representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Work as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
  • Attend sponsored operations and safety training courses as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with having a strong focus on management of account load and development of their contact base
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintains and grows existing relationships to drive more business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Maintaining relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
  • Identify and develop key partner strategies for specific market segments/verticals
  • Collaborate/coordinate project leads with business development partners
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Drive Customer Success Outcomes
  • Travel Required to major disaster sites in various areas of the country
  • Travel Required to Client visits regularly, expected to maintain a scheduled plan of visits

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field from a four-year college or university; or five (5) + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales, restoration, or construction.  Computer skills including: internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word and has worked in a CRM tool previously.

 

CERTIFICATES and LICENSES

Certifications a plus.
