The ideal candidate should have 3 or more years of premium finance experience or Commercial Lines P&C insurance experience and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of agencies. The primary responsibilities of this position include: working with an assigned Sales Representative to develop new business and maintain the existing client base and communicating with insured-clients, brokers, and insurance companies. Necessary characteristics include: an aptitude for customer service, proven sales experience either internal or external, outstanding work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner, customer-friendly, detailed, able to multi-task, and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
