Our agency is hiring a new Appointment Scheduler to contribute to our established team.
Our ideal Appointment Scheduler is an individual who is looking to gain experience in the business world. The selected candidate’s primary responsibilities would be to work closely with the Master General Agent in helping obtain and schedule appointments directly with clients via telephone according to the weekly availability. The candidate will serve as an integral member of the team and, therefore, will need to have good phone skills, good people and communication skills, as well as be self-motivated/ self-directed.
