Aegis Community Liaison Position Summary: Scottsdale Market

As an Aegis Community Liaison, you will establish and develop new business contacts, maintain current relationships and develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to grow market share.  At Aegis, we pride ourselves on achieving the best possible outcomes, our goal is to provide a comprehensive continuum of care that sets the standard for excellence.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Represent Aegis positively and professionally within the community.
  • Maintain a relationship with all referral sources to make sure we are meeting their needs, as well as those of the patients, families, support staff, etc.
  • Community Liaisons will establish and develop new business contacts through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimize business growth.
  • Develops sales plans in partnership with the Director of Business Development that create deeper relationships with referral sources.
  • Prepare and conduct calls and presentations to potential referral sources
  • Presents presentations of in-services to referral sources.
  • Educates referral sources on the components of home health, hospice and palliative care services.
  • Consistently meets sales call objectives as established by the Director of Business Development.
  • Utilizes designated CRM system to log sales activity on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with the office staff to ensure that new business is successfully initiated.
  • Communicate internally about new opportunities, services issues and other issues that affect the day-to-day business of a community relations liaison.

 Qualifications

  • Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in skills related to public relations, marketing, and negotiation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
