WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Support all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Credit Collections Team
  • Minimize customer past due accounts receivables, collect past due amounts, resolve dispute balances, and mitigate losses due to unreconciled discrepancies
  • Identify trends, perform analysis, and implement process improvements to eliminate ongoing customer and internal issues
  • Continuously seek to improve processing solutions for varying payment types 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  •  2+ years experience in a high volume commercial credit and/or collections
  • Ability to analyze processes and provide solutions
  • MS Office (Excel) proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively (communicate effectively across teams and departments)
