Tele-Sales & Services works in partnership with internal and external partners to provide business to business sales and account management services across multiple healthcare sectors.  We offer a suite of revenue generating capabilities which includes appointment setting, product promotion and sales.

What is expected of you for success in your role

  • Develop new client relationships through cold calling and enhance current client relationships through regular communication
  • Works independently
  • May work on a variety of campaigns concurrently
  • Business-to-business sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented; ability to track appropriate campaign metrics

Accountabilities in this role 

  • Contacts current and future customers by telephone to communicate new products, incentives and channel changes.
  • Career minded individuals open and willing to improve sales skills, adaptable to change, and self-motivated.
  • Achieve key performance metrics including daily dials, talk time, and sales conversions.
  • Achieve key Quality Assurance metrics for customer experience and sales accuracy.
  • Sends professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request.
  • Makes modifications to customer accounts as needed; inputs or updates customer’s feedback and order information generated by campaign.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product and service offerings, company processes and procedures.
  • Reports on campaign progress and customer feedback.
  • Daily, Bi-Weekly & Monthly Reporting


  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • 1+ years sales or customer service experience
