The Sales Representative for the Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M will be responsible for calling on end user collision repair shops and distributors. This position drives profitable business sales in assigned geography, accounts and/or distribution. This territory will be based out of Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

* Selling AAD products such as Abrasives, Adhesives, Tapes, Spray Equipment, and Polishing Products
* Understanding of customer processes and being able to sell value versus just price
* Working with distribution at customers and providing them with product training
* Driving sales forecast attainment for Nashville branch and local territory

Travel: There will be approximately 10-25% travel required of this position

A current, valid and unrestricted Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
* Minimum of one year experience in a Business to Business (B2B) sales role

Preferred Qualifications:

* Minimum of five years B2B sales experience within an Automotive Industry setting
* Minimum of one year using Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint
* Ability to Travel 10-25%
