Jobing Description

This position is responsible for maximizing the company s sales and development efforts in the Eastern region of the U.S. These efforts will include managing and acting as a single point of contact for accounts within a specified Region which may span multiple states and geographical areas; goal is to increase company market share, grow client base and revenue, and facilitate client retention opportunities. The position is also responsible for the following, but not limited to:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and implement business development strategies with a primary focus on identifying and closing new market opportunities to provide measured revenue growth.
* Lead and manage key steps in the sales process, including prospecting, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, analysis, ROI modeling, key ownership research, competitive intelligence, developing the sale, closing the deal and being key contact throughout implementation and transition phase.
* Facilitate contract negotiations and marketing programs through to the close of new or renewed business with the marketing office.
* Create relationships with competitive accounts to capitalize on new opportunities as they materialize.
* Identify and develop cross selling opportunities (hotel/commercial) to grow non-traditional segments within accounts.
* Proactively manage account(s) to ensure clients needs are addressed; acting as a client advocate and escalate issues internally as necessary.
* Evaluate competitive strategies and make recommendations in order to keep the company in a leadership position.
* Prepare and provide formal business proposals/reviews to prospective clients and decision makers.
* Orchestrate additional internal company resources to maximize company opportunity.
* Conduct administrative activity to ensure up-to-date account data.
* Attends and participates in conferences, tradeshows, exhibits for targeted audiences
* Present business updates, new opportunities and industry driven initiatives to the management team as required.
* Share revenue building ideas and opportunities with corporate and marketing teams.
* Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

* 7 +years solid sales/marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, parking, or property management industry, with large account experience.
* Bachelor s Degree.
* Verifiable contacts within parking/property development industry
* Ability to analyze data, develop presentations and engage senior level executives.
* Advanced technical (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and presentation skills.
* Ability to present compelling solutions to business problems through diagnosis and customer centric selling techniques.
* Effective planning and territory management
* Effective use of resources, systems, tools to achieve objectives
* Ability to close based on value vs. price
* Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
* Strong team player.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
