The Job Window has an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Sales Representative on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding marketing firm in St Charles committed to training tomorrow’s entrepreneurs.  They are in immediate need of a Beauty Sales Representative to bring their cosmetics products to business throughout the St Charles area.

Digital marketing plans sound great, until you realize that you’re not reaching as many people as you think.  Let’s face the facts: The online marketing world is pretty crowded.  That’s why our client’s direct sales and marketing approach is so effective.  They’ve broken away from pop-up and banner ads because they can easily be ignored.  Instead, they go live to showcase products in-person.  As a Beauty Sales Representative, you’ll help consumers recognize brand value and how it can enhance their lives.

The Beauty Sales Representative role is full-time, permanent position that offers a fun, fast-paced environment, combined with a competitive compensation package.  This firm uses a coach-student model that pairs new associates with an experienced pro.  They provide a path to improving sales and business skills as well as support to get set up for success.

This one-on-one coaching ensures team members have the following skills:

  • Sales strategy basics

  • Customer profiles and buying processes

  • Overcoming objections

  • Developing confidence

  • Speaking in public

  • Coaching tracks

Position Description:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, committed to success individual. This position will be responsible for marketing and selling all our clients’ product lines utilizing established territory management.

Responsibilities of the Beauty Sales Representative:

  • Maintain current clients as well as increase the number of clients in order to meet or surpass monthly, quarterly and annually forecasted sales quotas.

  • Work through an established B2B (business to business) sales routing plan and pre-booked appointments

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all clients

  • Submit required reports in a timely fashion
